If you have a competitive player on a school or aau team from sixth grade through seniors in high school, we may have an interest in training him/her. We expect our member players to have excellent grades, be extremely coach-able and respectful and to be normally and actively seeking a basketball scholarship. Some players want to be the best middle or high school player possible and are not certain about their college futures.
If you have a child who has the ability to dream big and work extremely hard, then we may have an interest in training him/her.
We have a very fine group of players in training currently. We will not upset or change our standards by accepting players with poor attitudes or work ethics.
If your child has not yet learned to respect his/her coaches, teammates and fellow student-athletes; then another program would be better.
If your child does not regularly attend our sessions and habitually makes excuses not to train, then we will quickly dismiss your child from our training and encourage him/her to train elsewhere.
Honestly, earning a basketball scholarship is extremely difficult. Only players with high commitment levels have a legitimate opportunity. Some players are physically gifted and possess extreme athleticism. They may win scholarships based upon their God-given gifts, but if they have poor attitudes and work ethics; we do not want them in our program. They would also be better suited elsewhere.
If your child wants to train with serious and respectful student-athletes, then BIG Basketball is probably the right program. Coach Ron would rather train a few very committed and respectful student-athletes than a full gym of half-hearted players. Is this the type of program that appeals to you and your children?
